Update - Deutsche Börse is cross-checking the patching against its internal records to perform a reversion of the breaking reconfiguration.

As of 02:00 UTC on November 3, we are still receiving no XEUR or XEEE data. Traffic has not been restored, and we have no confirmed recovery time.

This will take place after end of Eurex extended trading hours, after 21:30Z (22:30 CET / 16:30 ET).

Identified - Working with Deutsche Börse, we have identified an unscheduled and unexpected network reconfiguration in the FR2 (Frankfurt) Datacenter.
This caused complete loss of all feeds in FR2.

We are now working to restore traffic.
