Identified

Blue Ocean ATS (OCEA.MEMOIR) suffered a gap between 20:41~20:48 on the A-side feed. Recovering from the B-side is not possible due to an outage with TNS. This impacts all schemas but especially order book schemas such as MBO, MBP_1, MBP-10, BBO-1s, and BBO-1m. Records in these schemas will be flagged with F_MAYBE_BAD_BOOK indicating the book history isn't complete for the rest of the session.

Furthermore, note that Blue Ocean ATS enacted an exchange wide halt at 2026-10-21T03:46:29 UTC.
